Characteristics

PETROCOOL ME-101 product forms a milky emulsion when mixed with water and has the following special advantages:

• Good mixing speed with water
• Excellent lubrication and very good surface smoothness of the part
• Excellent protection of parts and equipment against corrosion
• Optimum chipping and removal of chips from the machining place
• Very good emulsion stability with medium hardness water
• Increase tool life
• Free of hazardous chemicals

Using water with hardness between 80 ppm and 150 ppm to prepare PETROCOOL ME-101 emulsion increases the efficiency of coolant. Also, this product can be used in most machining operations, taking into account the type of operation, the type of part and tool, and the hardness of water with different percentages from 3% to 10%.

• In case of skin or eye contact, wash the area immediately with water.
• After the end of the usage period, avoid discharging the metalworking fluid emulsion into the environment.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Storage

• Store in a closed place at a temperature above 10 and below 40ᵒC.
• It will last up to six months in the original packaging.
• Close the container properly after use to prevent evaporation or contamination of the product.
