Characteristics and consumption

PETROCOOL SE-B-301 product is considered a new generation of formulation, whose active ingredients are spread in the form of microemulsion when mixed with water and has the following special advantages:

PETROCOOL SE-B-301 product is stable in water with hardness between 80 ppm and 400 ppm. Also, due to the use of a formulation with anti-foam properties, it can be used with water with low hardness and without the need to add anti-foam. This product can be used in light and medium machining operations, taking into account the type of operation, the type of part and tool, and the water hardness with different percentages from 5% to 10%.

• In case of skin or eye contact, wash the area immediately with water.
• After the end of the usage period, avoid discharging the metalworking fluid emulsion into the environment.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Storage

• Store in a closed place at a temperature above 10 and below 40ᵒC.
• It will last up to six months in the original packaging.
• Close the container properly after use to prevent evaporation or contamination of the product.
